I organized recycling along my street and we bale all the recyclables and ship them to overseas buyers in containers. Each bale is about 50kg so, it can be managed by 2 people. We use simple hydraulic press to bale the recyclables. We have a few centralized collection cages at walking distance from all houses. So in this way, with PAYT, each households barely pay any and yet we receive money for the recyclables. The sale of the recyclables don't go to the waste collector or the council! That coupled with the fact more and more Americans are out and all we get out of any of our elected officials is excuses and blame. Honestly, I do not vote down party line because I consider myself a Conservative and the GOP is far from conservative in my opinion. If a Democrats seems to be on the up and up and I would be more than happy to vote that way. But given the fact the Democrats we have here are weak and follow Queen Nancy and King Barack I have very little use for them. We do have Evan Bayh here and although I respect him, he is not running this time around and his replacement seems to be of the same ilk as Harry Reid and Biden I cannot see me voting his way.
